FAQ's

How do you conduct your sessions?

Our sessions are completed via Zoom online platform or in person. If you have a request for an in person session in Cape Town then you will have to provide the venue. 

 

What happens after I take up a package?

As soon as you pay you will get an email confirmation and request to complete an appointment form to register your session time. The only exception is the group session package where we will liase with group directly in cases where it is an organisation or common-group of individuals.

 

Are payment arrangements allowed?

Yes, only for the Clarity and Action Accelerator and VIP Business packages where you can pay an upfront monthly amount. For example, if you took up the Clarity and Action Accelerator package where the full price is R3900, the upfront monthly amount would be R1950.

Can I cancel at any time?

We have a money-back guarantee which allows you to cancel after two sessions only if we have added no value to you in the stated outcomes. Furthermore if you cancelled after this period without the stipulation above you will not be refunded.
